HOW TO APPLY for Portugal VISITOR VISA and get Portugal TRC officially/legally

Please note that the following essentials must be met by all applicants submitting their applications for visas.

  • Passports should have been issued within the previous 10 years.
  • The passport should have at least two blank pages.
  • Passport should have at least three months validity from the date of arrival back in India
  • Applications are only accepted within 3 months of the requested date of arrival
  • Relevant Forms & Photograph: Fully completed application form appropriate to the type of visa
  • The Embassy of Portugal requires a minimum of 15 calendar days for visa processing once the application reaches Embassy. Please note that applications submitted thru the Kiwi Immigration Services-India office will be processed thru fast delivery. 
  • As part of the worldwide introduction of the Visa Information System (VIS), All Schengen consulates worldwide were connected to VIS in November 2015. To contact for Portugal visitor visa detailed Information, contact the Kiwi Immigration Services-India office and call 98760-10131
  • Applicants who have given their biometrics previously and have since renewed their Passports are encouraged to enroll for their biometrics once again at the time of submission.

PORTUGAL D6 – FAMILY REUNIFICATION VISA

  1. An applicant could be asked for additional documents or may be called for an Interview if desired by The Embassy of Portugal, New Delhi / Consulate General of Portugal in Goa
  2. Applicants (Adults & Children) applying through the Consulate General of Portugal in Goa will be required to appear for a personal Interview if there has been no travel to a Schengen country within the last 3 years at the time of submission. Kiwi immigration services shall help you take an appointment for the same.
  3. The visa fee, according to Schengen regulations, is non-refundable.
  4. Carry All documents in Original at the time of the interview.
  5. Below mentioned documents are not required to be submitted in ORIGINAL while submitting the applications in any of the centers. Therefore the applicants are required to bring colored photocopies of the below-mentioned certificates & carry the original as well along with the documents while submitting the applications at the office.

    • Marriage registration certificates
    • Education degrees.
